We meet on Sunday mornings for a healthy and energetic start to the day.

Together we will prepare a delicious and nutritious breakfast that will keep you energized throughout the day and leave you feeling full and satisfied for a long time.

You will receive a carefully compiled shopping list with all the necessary ingredients and the detailed recipe in advance so that you can prepare yourself optimally for our session together.

During the session, I share valuable information about the individual ingredients, their positive effects on our bodies and why they are so beneficial for your health. This will help you achieve greater well-being and balance in your everyday life.
