Many Hollywood stars are living it and there are great examples of women over 40 everywhere who look healthy and strong without Botox or other interventions. Don't let getting older stress you out. We are also becoming wiser and more relaxed. A mindset that we can train.

Mindfulness

For me, yoga has changed my life in a wonderful way, so much so that I simply can't imagine my everyday life without the asanas. Yoga not only keeps my body fit, but also strengthens my body awareness in the long term. Meditation also promotes a relaxed and balanced mind. Taking time for yourself every day is essential for natural beauty that comes from within.

Nutrition

For me, this is the most important component when it comes to health and ageing. We can positively influence the processes that take place in the body to make us look good. Metabolism and hormone balance play a crucial role here, so we should focus on foods that nourish us and provide us with all the important nutrients.

ZEN WISDOM

Meditate for 20 minutes a day. Unless you are too busy. Then meditate for 1 hour.

Beauty is an inside job

I myself didn't start thinking about my health until I was 30. Better late than never! So I know how important routines and habits are for achieving the goals you set yourself.

Beauty is of course in the eye of the beholder, but I am convinced that the natural beauty we strive for must also come from within.

This makes it all the more important to take a closer look at what we eat every day.

Wellbeing is so much more than matcha and Pilates! We spend so much time on our elaborate beauty routines and buy masses of expensive creams to look younger. Supplements that promise to make us more beautiful with just one pill a day.

It's about consistency - living a healthy lifestyle on an ongoing basis and, above all, focusing on a balanced diet that provides us with everything we need for a fresh appearance and a healthy body. After all, from the age of 35 in particular, we can no longer simply put up with unhealthy food, little sleep or long nights of partying like we used to.
