Hello, I am Karolin Werminghoff
I support women in going through life with more ease, energy and balance - without any prohibitions, but with a lot of knowledge, real experience and a large portion of passion.
As an expert in plant-based and Ayurvedic nutrition, yoga and meditation, I accompany women on the path to greater well-being. I show my clients how they can integrate healthy routines into their everyday lives - without sacrifice, but with joy and pleasure.
I spent almost 20 years in the digital marketing world - at a pace that often left little room for real breaks. Today, I know how important it is to take good care of yourself - especially when your job, family and everyday life are demanding.
I use my expertise to teach healthy routines, mental resilience and mindful eating in an inspiring way - practical, modern and without sacrifice.
With Y.AVENA, I have fulfilled my heart's desire: To help women stay healthy with ease, reduce stress and feel really good in their bodies (again) - no matter what stage of life they are in.

My philosophy
It wasn't until I was 30 that I started to focus on my health. I realized that my body was no longer "working" as before and I had to find a way to regain more energy.
Enjoyment without sacrifice
For me, healthy ageing is not a trend, but an attitude. It's not just about nutrition, blood values or the perfect morning routine. It's about how we live - what we put into our bodies determines how we feel.
In my coaching sessions, I combine sound expertise with personal experience. I show you how to achieve a balanced lifestyle without sacrificing anything and how to integrate health in such a way that it works in real life: between job, family, stress and full to-do lists.
Mindfulness as a basis
For me, yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques are not "add-on modules", but essential tools for regulating stress, cultivating inner peace and regaining access to your own body.
Because stress is one of the biggest levers when it comes to our health, hormones, digestion, sleep quality and general well-being. Routines instead of rules. We don't need any more "you mustn't" lists, but individual, flexible routines that stick and keep us in balance in the long term.
My goal is to support you in consciously taking control of your health, regaining energy and developing a lifestyle that will sustain you in the long term - suitable for everyday use, enjoyable and effective.
