A winter workshop for women who want to strengthen their body and mind
Winter is the time to retreat, regenerate and recharge your batteries. In our 4-hour workshop, we will show you how you can optimally support your body, your energy and your hormones: with a healthy diet and traditional Chinese medicine.
As a nutrition coach, Karolin contributes her expertise on the topic of healthy aging, while Mounia, as a TCM therapist, introduces you to the winter energy of TCM and supports you with a restorative mini-acupuncture session.
To build on what you have learned, you have the opportunity to develop your own personal recommendations and strategies with us in an individual 1:1 follow-up.
