Business Yoga & Meditation
Serenity
Yoga is not only a traditional and profound philosophy. It also offers the ideal balance for a hectic and often stressful everyday life, from which you can escape wonderfully here to let your body and mind come to rest and consciously let your soul dangle.
Mindfulness
For me, yoga has changed my life in a wonderful way, so much so that I simply can't imagine my everyday life without the asanas. Yoga not only keeps our bodies fit, but also strengthens our body awareness and promotes a relaxed and balanced mind at the same time.
Tradition
The roots of yoga lie deep in India. It was introduced there several thousand years ago as a comprehensive teaching for the maintenance and targeted improvement of physical health, mental well-being and personal self-realization.

45% of the Swiss population
suffer from work-related stress. Mind-body interactions (MBI) such as yoga & meditation can change and reverse molecular reactions in our DNA that trigger stress, anxiety and depression.
