For me, yoga has changed my life in a wonderful way, so much so that I simply can't imagine my everyday life without the asanas. Yoga not only keeps our bodies fit, but also strengthens our body awareness and promotes a relaxed and balanced mind at the same time.

Tradition

The roots of yoga lie deep in India. It was introduced there several thousand years ago as a comprehensive teaching for the maintenance and targeted improvement of physical health, mental well-being and personal self-realization.

ZEN WISDOM

Meditate for 20 minutes a day. Unless you are too busy. Then meditate for 1 hour.

Together we will develop an individual yoga practice that meets your needs, your level and above all, of course, your wishes. Asanas that are easy to integrate into your daily routine.

FOCUS & YOGA STYLES

  • Dynamic yoga style in which asanas (postures) are combined with each other in flowing movements.

  • Calm yoga style in which asanas (postures) are held for longer in order to address the deep muscles and fasciae.

  • Also known as "yogic sleep", in which students are put into a meditative state.

  • Pre/postnatal yoga, in which asanas (postures) are practiced specifically for the needs before and after pregnancy.
