Day 1: Hormone balance & vitality - What our body needs now.
Day 2: Inflammation down, energy up - plant-based power for cell protection & skin.
Day 3: Nourishing femininity - nutrition as ritual & self-care.
With up-to-date knowledge about women's health & hormones, interactive cooking sessions and delicious recipes
In cooperation with Annika Isterling, I have developed the new format "Glow from Within" on her yoga & wellbeing platform "The Deep Connection". Together we cook delicious recipes that keep our hormones in balance and contribute to our well-being.
In the 3 online sessions, I share my knowledge about a healthy lifestyle - for the real "glow from within"! We prepare dinner together 2 evenings and meet once in the morning for a healthy and delicious start to your day.
After your registration you will receive a shopping list for the live sessions.
Aim of the course
You understand how nutrition affects your hormone balance - especially in midlife and in the process of ageing.
You will learn about plant-based foods that support your hormonal balance, energy metabolism and cell protection.
You will experience delicious ingredients and learn simple recipes suitable for everyday use - prepared live together.
You will receive valuable inspiration on how to lay the foundations for a healthy lifestyle and how to establish new routines.
