summer OVERNIGHT-OATS

 

INGREDIENTS (2 portions)

For the oats

  • 100 g oat flakes

  • 1 small mashed banana

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds, hulled

  • 2 tbsp linseed, crushed

  • 250 ml cashew milk

  • Optional: 1 handful of raisins

    As a topping

  • Strawberries or other berries

  • Pecans

  • Date syrup

PREPARATION

  • Mix all the ingredients for the overnight oats well in a large bowl. If necessary, add a little more plant milk.

  • Either in the evening or in the morning: pour the oats into the glasses / cups.

  • Off to the fridge

  • Decorate with toppings in the morning.
