summer OVERNIGHT-OATS
INGREDIENTS (2 portions)
For the oats
100 g oat flakes
1 small mashed banana
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds, hulled
2 tbsp linseed, crushed
250 ml cashew milk
Optional: 1 handful of raisins
As a topping
Strawberries or other berries
Pecans
Date syrup
PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients for the overnight oats well in a large bowl. If necessary, add a little more plant milk.
Either in the evening or in the morning: pour the oats into the glasses / cups.
Off to the fridge
Decorate with toppings in the morning.
