THE PERFECT BREAKFAST.

CREAMY CHOCOLATE OVERNIGHT-OATS

 

Delicious, healthy breakfast in 5 minutes. Simply prepare the night before, throw everything together and either fill into glasses (or to-go cups) straight away or in the morning.

INGREDIENTS (2 portions)

For the oats

  • 100 g oat flakes

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder (high cocoa content, without sugar)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 250 ml plant-based milk, e.g. oat or soy milk


    For the cream

  • 200 g plant-based yogurt such as coconut or soy yogurt

  • 1-2 tbsp organic vanilla protein powder or pudding powder (works without, of course)

    As a topping

  • Blackberries or blueberries to taste

PREPARATION

  • Mix the ingredients for the overnight oats well in a large bowl, adding a little more plant milk if necessary.

  • Mix the ingredients for the cream until smooth.

  • Either in the evening or in the morning: pour the oats into the jars as the bottom layer and top with the cream.

  • Off to the fridge

  • Decorate with berries in the morning.
