HEALTHY RAFFAELO

 

THE PERFECT SNACK FOR IN BETWEEN MEALS - ESPECIALLY AS A MEAL-PREP FOR THE OFFICE

INGREDIENTS (approx. 8 pieces)

INGREDIENTS

  • 60g cashew nuts

  • 50g dates

  • 20g almonds

  • 60g oat flakes

  • 1 tbsp grated coconut

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2-3 tablespoons water

  • Dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa) grated

PREPARATION

  • Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a blender (alternatively use a hand blender) until you have a sticky mixture.

  • Add a little water depending on the consistency.

  • With moistened hands, form small bite-sized balls.

  • Roll in coconut flakes and/or grated chocolate/cocoa nibs.

  • Place on a board and into the fridge.

  • Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
