HEALTHY RAFFAELO
THE PERFECT SNACK FOR IN BETWEEN MEALS - ESPECIALLY AS A MEAL-PREP FOR THE OFFICE
INGREDIENTS (approx. 8 pieces)
INGREDIENTS
60g cashew nuts
50g dates
20g almonds
60g oat flakes
1 tbsp grated coconut
1 pinch of salt
2-3 tablespoons water
Dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa) grated
PREPARATION
Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a blender (alternatively use a hand blender) until you have a sticky mixture.
Add a little water depending on the consistency.
With moistened hands, form small bite-sized balls.
Roll in coconut flakes and/or grated chocolate/cocoa nibs.
Place on a board and into the fridge.
Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
