DAttel cocoa fudge

 

Heavenly creamy and only needs the sweetness of the dates. It tastes sinful, but is very nutritious and healthy.

INGREDIENTS (approx. 10-12 pieces)

  • 200g (approx. 8-10) Medjool dates

  • 100g almond butter

  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder (without sugar)

  • Optional: 1 pinch of cinnamon or cardamom

  • 1/2 bar of dark chocolate

PREPARATION

  • Place the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a blender and process to a sticky mixture.

  • Spread into an oblong cake tin and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  • Cut mouth-sized pieces of fudge from the firm mixture.

  • Melt the chocolate + turn the fudges in it.

  • Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes, then store in the fridge.
