DAttel cocoa fudge
Heavenly creamy and only needs the sweetness of the dates. It tastes sinful, but is very nutritious and healthy.
INGREDIENTS (approx. 10-12 pieces)
200g (approx. 8-10) Medjool dates
100g almond butter
5 tbsp cocoa powder (without sugar)
Optional: 1 pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
1/2 bar of dark chocolate
PREPARATION
Place the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a blender and process to a sticky mixture.
Spread into an oblong cake tin and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut mouth-sized pieces of fudge from the firm mixture.
Melt the chocolate + turn the fudges in it.
Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes, then store in the fridge.
