I am Karolin, founder of Y.AVENA.
It wasn't until I was 30 that I started to take an interest in a healthy lifestyle. I had to relearn how to support my body and find my way through the jungle of nutritional information.
Today, as a woman in my 40s, I know how challenging a healthy lifestyle can be in stressful everyday life - how important it is to know the right habits and, above all, not to be alone in them.
