General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, programmes, workshops, retreats, memberships and digital products offered by Y.AVENA – Wellbeing Consulting by Karolin Werminghoff ("Y.AVENA").

By booking or purchasing any service, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Y.AVENA provides wellbeing-related services including, but not limited to:

* Nutrition Coaching

* Wellbeing Consulting

* Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation

* Workshops and Retreats

* Corporate Wellbeing Services

* Online Programmes and Digital Products

* Memberships and Coaching Packages

All services are intended to promote general wellbeing and healthy lifestyle habits.

They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.

3. Booking & Contract

A contract is concluded once a booking has been confirmed by Y.AVENA, whether made online, by email or otherwise.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process.

4. Fees & Payment

Current prices are published on the Y.AVENA website or stated in an individual quotation.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, bank transfer or other online payment providers.

Late payments may incur reminder fees of CHF 20 per reminder.

5. Cancellation Policy

Individual Coaching Sessions

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will be charged in full.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session time and does not entitle the client to a price reduction.

Workshops, Events & Retreats

Separate cancellation conditions may apply to workshops, retreats and special events and will be communicated during the booking process.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments for workshops, events and retreats are non-refundable. Clients may, where permitted, nominate a substitute participant.

6. Memberships & Subscription Services

Memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

Clients may cancel their membership at any time through their customer account or by emailing [hello@yavena.ch](mailto:hello@yavena.ch).

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

After cancellation becomes effective, no further recurring payments will be charged.

Digital Content

Access to online programmes, recordings, downloadable materials and other digital products is granted exclusively to the registered purchaser.

Login credentials may not be shared with third parties. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or public sharing of digital content is prohibited.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases of downloadable content and online programmes are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for informing Y.AVENA about any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or other circumstances that could affect participation.

Clients are encouraged to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional whenever appropriate.

8. Liability

Participation in all services is voluntary and at the client's own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted under Swiss law, Y.AVENA accepts no liability for injuries, health issues or damages resulting from the implementation of recommendations or participation in any programme, workshop, retreat or coaching session.

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded where legally permissible.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Y.AVENA, including but not limited to texts, recipes, presentations, coaching materials, videos, recordings, PDFs, worksheets and online content, remain the intellectual property of Y.AVENA.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed confidentially and in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection legislation and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Changes to these Terms

Y.AVENA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply.

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Zurich, Switzerland.
